Gina Arezza is a Finance Professional with over 20 years of financial management experience. She operated her own business for several years and collaborated with company management to provide solutions directly with companies for various projects in corporate governance and finance. She has worked with cross-functional teams and managed direct reports, recognizing the changing needs and roles in each organization.
Gina was involved in managing infrastructure projects over the last 3 years. Her success in project management is now supported with the experience she obtained working with public private partnerships as follows:
- Managing Debt Financing & Credit Agreements with Lenders
- Managing Financial Model Budgets that support 30 year projects on behalf of Investors
- Reporting to the Board of Directors for each project on Financial Status of each project

- Implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for all projects
In Gina’s personal life, she is athletic, driven and always up for a new challenge. She is a sports enthusiast and completed her first marathon in January 2005 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Gina is also a member of the Downtown Jam, a music club in Downtown Toronto.
